U.S. Air Force Ceremonial Flag, 1947 to Present.
The flag of the United States Air Force is reserved for display purposes and is carried by an honor guard on ceremonial occasions it is never flown on a free standing flagpole at an airbase or other installation.
This flag appears to be a novelty-souvenir replica. It is most likely that this flag was printed in Taiwan
