1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition Silk Kerchief, Fine.


Unlisted in Threads of History" 14.75 square, cream-colored silk with red, blue, green, gold, and black printed replicas of flags of the Americas. The central image features a U.S. flag and a San Francisco pennant, beneath lettering: PANAMA EXPOSITION / 1915. The extreme borders feature small boats and two large ships sailing on a wide blue expanse. Slightly faded, with moderate wear; normal folds, staining throughout. Ex-Mastai Collection, stamped in red letters along lower right edge.
