A National Flag of the United States of America at the time of the Phillipine Insurrection which spaned the two periods of the 45 star 1892 - 1903 and 46 star flag 1903 - 1912. This flag was made at the time of the conflict in the Phillipines when nationalist went to war aganist the United States which few Americans today are famaliar with. At this time the United States was deeply divided over the reasons and goals of the war.
