U.S. Coast Guard Ceremonial Color, 1964 - Present.
The current design, which was approved on January 28, 1964. Prior to 1962 it was called the Standard. It is based on earlier design dating from the WWI era.
The flag of the United States Coast Guard is reserved for display purposes and is carried by an honor guard on ceremonial occasions it is never flown on a free standing flagpole at Coast Guard stations.
This flag appears to be a novelty-souvenir replica. It is most likely that this flag was printed in Taiwan
