Description of Crest/Emblem On a[purple background the emblem of the Elks Club, consisting of the head of an adult male elk over two crossed U.S. Flags inside a demi,-wreath, over a white scroll trimmed in golden yellow and inscribed 1911; above the elks antlers is a circular clock face with Roman numerals and black hands set at 11:00; above is a red 5 point star, one point up, with golden yellow rays; banner is further worded , in golden yellow lettering, B.P.O. Elks along with the Latin motto, Corvus Alces; on the hang down at the top is the lodge designation, IRVINGTON LODGE #1245.
