Italy Societa Femminile S. Giuseppe Bagheria.
This flag is the famous tricolor red, white and green national flag of Italy but it is slightly different as it boasts the 1948 coat of arms emblem of Italy that is overcome by a big silver star with lines that resemble rays. Above the coat of arms are the words: SOCIETA FEMMINILE S. GIUSEPPE DI BAGHERIA; while below the emblem it reads: REPUBBLICA ITALIANA, BUFFALO, N.Y.

On the reverse side, centered directly in the middle of the vertical stripe is a stylized wreath made up of oak and olive branches. Within the wreath is a marshaled shield and on the hoist side is a lion holding the 1848-1946 civil flag of the Kingdom of Italy. The fly side is white in color and contains a grape vine and two bunches of grapes.

The arms are topped by a stylized mural crown while under the arms there is an inscription that reads: Incorporated, September 23, 1938.
