Second Philippine Rep. National Flag - 1943-1945

Second Philippine Rep Flag - Japanese Occupation Government.
This variation of the Philippine flag utilized solid rays around the sun instead of the typically multi-armed rays used on the commonwealth flag from 1913 to 1941. It is surmised that this was an intentional variation to both difference and mimic the Japanese backed government.
