U.S. 13-Star Flag, Girl Scout Troop.
This "Betsy Ross" pattern flag was made by Girl Scout Troop 33 in 1933 for the Star Spangled Banner Flag House of Baltimore, Md. Stars are set in the interpretation of "a new constellation".
