Illinois State Flag, 1915-1971 - Vietnam Era Hooch Flag.
Little is known about the history or use of this flag. It was acquired from a Vietnam War militaria dealer in 2007 in a group of other flags. It is stated that it was acquired from the estate of the Wendorf family of Vandalia, Illinois; and was used in Vietnam.
