U.S. 34-Star Flag.
This 34-star U.S. flag with double appliqué cotton stars has an interesting canton. At first glance the stars appear to be in a rectilinear arrangement of 5-6-6-6-6-5 horizontal rows. However, the slight curve to the outer canton stars gives the distinct appearance of a large single ring oval encircling 16 center stars.
